These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the I‑BOM Enterprise website, membership, events, and services. By accessing or using our site or joining the organization, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Must meet membership requirements as outlined by I‑BOM

  • Membership approval is at the discretion of I‑BOM Enterprise

2. Membership Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Uphold I‑BOM values of loyalty, respect, and confidentiality

  • Not disclose club business to non‑members

  • Dress and behave respectfully at all events

  • Follow all posted rules, guidelines, and safety protocols

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

3. Payments & Fees

  • Membership fees are billed as selected (monthly or annually)

  • All payments are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Failure to maintain payment may result in loss of access or benefits

4. Events, Rentals & Programming

Participation in I-BOM events, space rentals, travel experiences, and programming is voluntary. Members and guests understand that events may include physical activity, travel, late hours, or third-party venues. I-BOM Enterprise is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage incurred during events, rentals, travel, or activities, except where required by law.

When renting I-BOM space, renters agree to use the premises responsibly, comply with all local laws, and accept full responsibility for their guests, activities, and any damage caused during the rental period.

5. Communications (Email, SMS, MMS)

By joining, renting space, traveling with I-BOM, or submitting your contact information, you agree to receive communications via email and SMS/MMS related to membership, rentals, events, travel updates, promotions, and operations.

  • You may opt out of promotional messages at any time

  • Transactional or required messages (such as rental confirmations or safety notices) may still be sent

  • Communication preferences can be updated by contacting us

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on the I‑BOM website are the property of I‑BOM Enterprise and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

I‑BOM Enterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the club or use of the website.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
